Johnson's Natural Blog Tour #MomCentral

I have to admit that when I was younger, I didn't do very much to lead a natural lifestyle. I was a vegetarian and did recycle, but that's about it. Now that I have a family to think about, my lifestyle has definitely changed for the better. We are much more eco-conscious and I try to instill my children with the same values. We are always finding new ways to live more naturally.

One of the first changes we made as a family was to try cloth diapering. This helps reduce the amount of waist we create each month, especially when adding recycling to the mix! In addition, as the kids started crawling, it became evident that they would get into just about everything, including cleaning solutions. I knew it was time to go for natural products. I definitely don't want them ingesting anything toxic!

When Liam was born 5 weeks early, we found out quite quickly that his skin was very sensitive. Many products broke out his skin, but the only ones we could use were Johnson's Natural products. Not only do they help us to lead a more natural lifestyle as a family, but the products are perfect for sensitive skin. They are dye-free, paraben-free and allergen-free! I've always loved the way Johnson's Baby Lotion smells, but Johnson's Natural products smell just as good and are made with at least 98% naturally derived ingredients. We received the Johnson's Natural Baby Lotion, Baby Shampoo and Head-to-Toe Foaming Baby Wash to review and we love them all! Josiah actually asks for me to put lotion on him after his bath now because he likes the smell, too!
I love that Johnson & Johnson saw the need for to provide natural products that are great for sensitive skin and are more affordable that many other natural products on the market. As a Mama on a budget, it's sometimes hard to find natural products we can afford and Johnson's Natural products are perfect for our family. I know that it can sometimes be inconvenient to embrace a natural lifestyle, but there are easier ways to make the switch. For our family, it's definitely been a process and we are still learning and changing, but it's better for us and for our world.

Here are a few simple ways to go natural:

1. Many foods have all-natural versions, including potato chips and even meats. You may have to shop around to find the best prices, but you will find that many natural options are not much more expensive and are much more healthy.
2. Natural Products can now be found for great products like Johnson's Natural items. You don't have to spend an arm and a leg anymore.
3. Make your own cleaning products! This is much easier than it sounds. Purchase some castile soap, add water and you have a spray. You can add other ingredients to make them smell great, too, including essential oils. You can save a ton of money this way, too.

What do you and your family do to live a natural lifestyle? Have you tried Johnson's Natural products yet?

I wrote this review while participating in a campaign by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Johnson’s Natural and received a product sample to facilitate my review, and a promotional item to thank me for participating.
