Karate Kids Home Fitness Review & Giveaway

As Josiah gets older, he is more and more energetic. I've been looking for new ways for him to get exercise, have fun, and to burn off some of his energy. I read an article online about karate being a great way for children to learn focus, channel that energy, and to teach self-discipline. I've always liked karate and now there is a great at-home program for children called Karate Kids Home Fitness!

What Is Karate Kids?

My Thoughts

I received the Karate Kids Home Fitness 3 Month all-inclusive program to review with Josiah. The program is recommended for children ages 4 and up. Although Josiah is 3.5 years old, he is able to grasp many of the concepts and has a great time completing the 30 minute lessons each day. He actually looks forward to "being a big boy" everyday. He'd seen karate on tv before and was so excited to actually learn more about it. I also completed the lessons with him and it's been so much fun for us to do together.

I especially love that Karate Kids Home Fitness Program gives children a way to exercise and stay active indoors during this cold winter season. Here in Georgia we are already hitting record lows so, we haven't been able to play outside for about 2 weeks now. It's been rough on us all, but Karate Kids has definitely been helpful. I also love when Josiah tries to teach his Papa his moves. It's so cute. I recorded him on the camcorder tonight.
