We just try to keep it open when its nice out to air out.
I open windows and use febreeze or other fresheners, too.
I JUST OPEN WINDOWS AND AIR IT OUT. BUT I HAVE SINUS PROBLEMS AND THE ALLERGY DOCTOR'S SAY IT IS NOT AN ALLERGY...

We just open windows, don't have any purifying machines.
The only way I have to clean the air is open the windows, but then that presents a whole other problem since my allergies start to go crazy.
