Shake Up Your Wake Up with Silk Fruit & Protein #SilkFruit @LoveMySilk

There was a time in my life when I did not pay close attention to what I ate and, as I got older, I could tell a decline in my energy and health. After having children, my body and my life changed, so I had to adjust to the change and knew it was time to start eating healthier. The first step to altering my eating habits was to eat a healthy breakfast. Starting the morning out right really does set the tone for the rest of the day. This is why we decided to really shake things up by incorporating Silk Fruit & Protein into our morning routine. We are huge Silk fans, so when this came out, we had to give it a try.

We've purchased Silk Soy Milk for years because my husband and I are lactose intolerant. So, back to our morning routine... My favorite of the Silk Fruit & Protein options is definitely the Mango Peach. I love mango and this one has a great flavor with a hint of peach that is not overwhelming. I love it so much that I even made a smoothie from it and talk about delicious! The boys LOVE the Mango Peach smoothie, so it has been high on the breakfast request list lately. In fact, they like drinking it at snack time, too.

I love that we can mix things up a bit and break out of the monotony that a family breakfast routine can be! Silk Fruit & Protein is so delicious that even my picky boys ask for it in the morning. So, we have switched things up for an even healthier alternative. Since eating healthier, I can tell a huge difference in my overall health and my energy. Getting a boost of protein and vitamins in the morning is a great way to start the day!
