Peter Rabbit Organics Review & Giveaway

Do you remember the stories of Peter Rabbit from when you were a child? Or perhaps you read the books to your children! Stopping by a Starbucks with my Dad, a true coffee addict, I noticed the Peter Rabbit Organics fruit pouches for the first time. I usually pick Josiah up a Horizon organic milk carton, but this time we opted for something a little different.

Peter Rabbit Organics is a small company in London, comprised of friends who left the corporate world to pursue their dreams and passions. Their house, surrounded by gardens and woods, really gives you the impression that Peter Rabbit could hop by at any moment. What an ideal place to work!

Peter Rabbit Organics offers 3 variety of 100% fruit purees: Strawberry & Banana, Mango, Banana, & Orange, and Apple & Grape. The purees have between 70 and 85 calories and are a great source of Vitamin C, too. The pouches are BPA-free and allow you to carry them on the go without being refrigerated or worry over spilling! Recommended for ages six months and older, even adults can enjoy these delicious  and nutritious snack packs! Only organic ingredients are used to make the purees and all are USDA approved.

 My Thoughts
We received one pouch of each flavor to review and I wish we had received more! They were absolutely delicious and, before the rest of us got a chance to give them much of a try, Liam had gobbled them down! Usually when he tries new foods, he's a bit hesitant, but he was only fussing because we weren't feeding him quickly enough! He'd never tried orange or grape in a puree form before, but he approved. His absolute favorite was Apple & Grape, which surprised me since he's not a big fan of grapes and grape juice usually.

My only complaint about Peter Rabbit Organics is trying to find them! Living out in the middle of nowhere makes it nearly impossible to find a variety of organics, much less the ones we actually enjoy eating. You can find Peter Rabbit Organics at select Starbucks, Babies R Us, Whole Foods stores, a few other chains, and at Amazon. We are actually making our monthly trek to Atlanta this weekend in search of Peter Rabbit. I sure hope we find him and I'm also hoping they become available at our local Starbucks in Jasper...hint hint!

We loved the Peter Rabbit Organic fruit snacks. I plan on buying a stash of them to put in our diaper bag for emergencies also. The durable pouch definitely holds up. Josiah put one to the test, trying to pry his little fingers into it, but without luck. Give these a try and you'll see what the fuss is about!
