Pregnancy, Life, & Happiness: My Life With LBL #ad

Disclosure: This post is brought to you by Poise.
I'm now 34 years old and although I feel like I'm still in my twenties most of the time, my body finds little ways to tell me otherwise. When I became pregnant with my first son, I had no idea just how much my life and my body would change. I went from being cold all the time to experiencing hot flashes most of the day. I was a vegetarian who started craving steak! Besides being sleepy more often, I immediately noticed how often I had to go to the restroom. Even before my stomach was noticeably bigger, I was running to the bathroom quite often and it only got worse as I got closer to my due date. Being near a bathroom was one of my main concerns and, if the urge hit in the car, as I found out, then all bets were off. This was the first time I experienced LBL, or Light Bladder Leakage.

Okay, yes, this is not a comfortable topic for most people, but you'd be surprised just how many women go through this on a daily basis. You may be familiar with the little leaks. I notice them most often when I sneeze or laugh. Unlike my son, Liam, who gets so tickled when laughing that he completely wets his pants, I mainly have just a little leakage. I've joked with my mom over the years about using some form of adult diapers because she experiences similar occurrences, but the truth is that Poise offers a product that is much more appropriate for those of us with LBL who do not need something so all-encompassing. Poise is the maker of a variety of pads and liners for women's needs and is a known leader in the light incontinence category, including Poise Microliners, the thinnest liners in this category.

Meet Poise Microliners the Light Bladder Leakage Solution! They are discrete pads that are surprisingly absorbent and so thin that I forgot I was wearing them! These are perfect for those of us who experience LBL. I can wear my liner, laugh all I want, sneeze if I have to without worry, and just enjoy life. Accidents happen and it's best to be prepared, but I'm never going to let LBL slow me down or change my active lifestyle. No one should!

Have you experienced light bladder leakage or do you know someone who has? You can give them a try for FREE right now. Get your free Poise Liner Sample Kit and see what you think! I am positive you will love them as much as I do.

Thank you for the sample! With being pregnant recently I swore by wearing liners! I love the Poise Line.
