My oldest son, Josiah, is a creature of habit. This year, he broke out of his comfort zone and began 1st grade instead of homeschooling. I started packing his lunch and still do every single day. My mom always buys Jif peanut butter and that is now the only one I purchase for my kids, too. One of Josiah's favorite foods is a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, so each morning I get out my Jif peanut butter and get to work on creating a delicious lunch I know he will love.

Speaking of Jif Peanut Butter, they are running their Most Creative Sandwich Contest from now until November 8th! Families across the country are invited to create an original sandwich recipe that includes two tablespoons of your favorite Jif products! Parents with children ages 6-12 can participate and enter their sandwich for a chance to win a $25,000 college fund, Jif Gift Basket AND a trip to New York City! Isn't that awesome?

In addition to the Grand prize, 4 runner-up winners will receive a $2500 college fund and a Jif gift basket AND 5 remaining finalists will receive a Jif basket worth $50!

(1) Grand-Prize Winnerwill receive a $25,000 college fund and one Jif gift basket.

(4) Runner-up Winnerswill receive a $2,500 college fund and one Jif gift basket.
