Peter Rabbit Organics New Delicious Fruit Veggie Puree Pouches Review & Giveaway

I wrote a review for Peter Rabbit Organics last year and Liam absolutely loved their delicious fruit purees, especially the Apple & Grape. Liam is a preemie so, we are very careful about what we feed him and always prefer organics over processed and altered foods. Peter Rabbit Organics are made from pure, organic fruit and contained in BPA-free pouches for easy on-the-go snacking. Plus, no sugar or preservatives are added and they often use local farms to supply ingredients.


In addition to their delicious fruit flavors, Peter Rabbit Organics has recently added 3 new veggie based purees:

• Sweet Potato, Corn & Apple
• Pea, Spinach & Apple
• Carrot, Squash & Apple

It's an ingenious way to get children to get their daily servings of vegetables without the fuss! Oh, and did I mention these come in a bigger 4oz. size? No refrigeration is required so, stick them in your purse or diaper bag just in case your children get the munchies while out and about.

My Thoughts

I was curious to give these a try because Liam absolutely loved the fruit flavors of the Peter Rabbit Organics purees (Apple & Grape, Strawberry & Banana, and Mango, Banana & Orange). As a baby, we, of course, tried peas, spinach, and squash, but they were all completely rejected by our little food connoisseur. He wanted the sweets, just like most babies. The same goes for Josiah, our toddler, who still won't touch a pea unless he's throwing it.


Once again, the new Peter Rabbit Organic purees were a hit. I was completely amazed that our children were eating peas and spinach!! It was nothing short of a miracle.My husband even gave them a try and said he was very impressed with the freshness and flavor. For Christmas, I gave him a yogurt maker and he said these would be perfect to use in them. I'll let you know how those turn out, but I am guessing they'll be delicious, too.

I especially love that these fit perfectly in my purse and diaper bag. Many other baby foods and purees come in glass jars and, if you've ever had one break in your bag before, you think twice about sticking them in there. Eck! I've never had a Peter Rabbit Organics puree ever break open and they really are a perfect snack on the go. Much better than potato chips and goldfish!
