PhotoWeavers is a North Carolina textile mill, actually not too far from my parents! For over 20 years, the business has been making quality products. In fact, the owners of PhotoWeavers have been weaving for many generations, dating back to the American Revolution!

The photo blankets and other products crafted by PhotoWeavers are unsurpassed in quality and workmanship. From the computer program used to upload photos and carefully select which ones would be fitting for the quilt to the beautiful detail captured in the blanket once finished. All items are carefully inspected also, so don't expect anything less than the best in your purchase.

My Thoughts

When I first learned about PhotoWeavers, I wasn't immediately compelled to review them. I've ordered blankets in the past that just weren't up to par or worth the money spent on them. I wondered if their products would be any different. I finally decided to order my quilt and, as I used their computer program, I was already impressed with all of the different features available. I was able to choose 1-4 photos for the blankets, along with many other designs and words! I was so excited! My most favorite thing about the online program was that when I chose a picture of bad quality, it prompted me to choose another because it would not show up well on the blanket. That way you know the pictures you choose will be of highest quality for the blanket.

Once I had chosen my 4 pictures, I decided this blanket would be for Grandma. What a wonderful present, I thought. So, with all of the pictures including grandchildren, the blanket also reads "We Love You, Grandma". Never did I imagine what would happen next...

The following week, my package arrived! I was so excited to finally see the blanket. Josiah helped me hold it up and we absolutely loved it. All of the pictures are amazingly bright and detailed. I couldn't believe they were able to get so much detail into a blanket! It's probably a good thing I put the words on it for Grandma or I would have been more than tempted to keep it.

Not only are the PhotoWeavers blankets of extremely high quality, but they are super soft. Hang it as a tapestry or cuddle up on the couch. It's a huge blanket, measuring  at 70" x 53" so, there is plenty of room for everyone. The photo blankets are absolutely perfect as holiday presents or any other occasions.
