Skoy Cloths Review & Giveaway

 With a toddler in the house, it's unbelievable how many paper towels you can go through in a day. Just today I had to clean up 2 glasses of spilled water, soup from lunch, muffin crumbs, and baby food. Seriously, I could easily go through an entire roll of paper towels each day. This is why I started searching for alternatives to paper towels. Certainly, if we used cloth diapers, wipes, and wash clothes, there had to be cloth "paper" towels, right?

I searched on google and the first thing I found was something called Skoy. Skoy cloths are reusable towels that are biodegradable, absorbent, and  washable in a dishwasher or washer/dryer! In addition, Skoy can be microwaved to kill off bacteria! I can't stand when I pick up a germ-ridden sponge that smells awful! Eck! Those days are gone. You'll never have to experience that with Skoy cloths as long as you regularly clean and microwave to sanitize! Think about how much money can be saved by getting rid of sponges and paper towels?

My Thoughts

I was so excited to find Skoy online and had to write the two Mamas who created the amazing little cloths. As soon as my Skoy cloths arrived, I put them to the test. We received the multi-colored 4-pack of Skoy cloths that have little flower designs on them. They are a little hard when dry, but as soon as you put them under water, they turn into a soft spongy towel that's absorbent and can be used to clean just about anything. I've used it to clean our counters, dishes, and even the floor!

One thing I've noticed about Skoy is that, when using soap, you only need to use a small amount because it easily bubbles up and creates suds for cleaning! I also think the little flower designs are very cute. I don't feel the need to hide them when guests are over like I do with regular sponges or cloths.
